Our Core Beliefs:

Global Warming? Global Cooling? Man-made or not? These are the BIG arguments raging in society. Our view is that these are the WRONG issues to be discussing. These issues may be unanswerable, and are irrelevant. The relevant issues are:

1. The air, oceans and earth are increasingly polluted.
2. Species whose importance we may not know are disappearing.
3. Some natural resources are being used without being replenished.
4. The status-quo is not sustainable.
5. To the extent that man has caused problems, man can enact solutions.
6. Science and technology can lead the way.

Of course you can reduce greenhouse gases by deprivation and slowing activity, but the American approach has always been innovative solutions that solve multiple problems at the same time, and with innovative products that make life better.

Introducing Enertia® Homes. Carbon is captured and sequestered into a product that further prevents carbon release and solves a major housing problem: fragile homes are destroyed by storms. The process of renewing the material further absorbs more carbon and releases oxygen as its byproduct. Lifestyle and health is enhanced - no scaling back or deprivation is required.

It will come when buildings heat without fuel or electricity, are storm-proof, and have a 1000 year life. Enertia® homes do that now. We have turned the causation of climate change, the greenhouse effect, into the solution for climate change. By mimicking Earth, and putting a natural micro atmosphere around the living space, we warm it - just like the atmosphere warms Earth. The race is on to capture Carbon. Turning captured carbon into useful products, utilization, is often simply pictured as a monetary incentive to come up with
more ways to capture the carbon. But what if the useful captured-carbon product could be one that prevents more carbon from entering the atmosphere? Now we are getting somewhere.

Right now the most efficient, and prevalent, carbon capture device is trees. but when the tree matures, dies, and falls in the forest and rots, the carbon is released. The trees must be used, and the carbon taken out of circulation. Furniture? Cutting Boards? Houses? But today’s conventional houses have a useful life of only 30 years, if not wiped out sooner from a climate event.

There are

Mass Timber walls, which can withstand up to 350 mph winds, eliminate all that.

Two billion is just the new homes. Over 6 billion existing homes will have been demolished in that time frame, from wear, hurricanes, tornados, fires, earthquakes or flooding. Housing is the largest (dollar amount) market and enterprise in the world, in 2018 estimated at 19 trillion dollars.

Many, even most of these homes can be Enertia® homes as innovation ( re: electric cars) catches on quickly. Housing is the last remaining necessity that has not experienced major innovation.
